§ 10-13. Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this article or any person willfully assisting anyone to violate the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment of not more than forty-five (45) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
