§ 10-5.1. Backyard composting.

Backyard composting complying with the zoning setbacks applicable to accessory structures for the particular property, which provides no public nuisance or any condition adversely affecting the environment or public, and is conducted pursuant to the DER criteria for the production of composting shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
