§ 10-21. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(1)

Lot, tract or parcel of land: Any property and the abutting park strip.

(2)

Park Strip: Public land which is located between a vehicle travelway and private property or public ground not utilized as a vehicle travelway, with the exception of those public lands under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Transportation, i.e. S.R. A1A and S.R. 520 and roads designated as causeways by the city.
