§ 10-27. Additional remedies.

Nothing set forth in this chapter precludes or prevents the city from seeking any other remedy or penalty for any nuisance as provided by law or described in section 10-22, including, but not limited to:
(a)

The issuance of a citation in accordance with the provisions of City Code chapter 31; or,

(b)

Enforcement by other means including, but not limited to: a summons; a notice to appear in the county or circuit court; an arrest; an action before the special magistrate/code enforcement board; or a civil action for injunctive relief; or,

(c)

Enforcement in accordance with the general penalty as set forth in City Code section 1-8.
