§ 11-20. Penalty.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any provisions of this chapter. The violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any violation of any provisions of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
