§ 13-15. Duty of corporate officers and agents.

It shall be the duty of all officers and agents of any corporation to see that such corporation complies with the provisions of this chapter. Any officer or agent of any corporation which is required by this chapter to be licensed and which shall do business without having paid the license fee imposed and procured such license shall be subject to the penalties imposed by this chapter.
