§ 13-22. Right to audit or examine applicant's books.

  • The city manager or his/her finance director or any agent or deputy or public accountant employed by the city, shall have the right, at any reasonable time during regular business hours, to audit or examine the books and record of the applicant for any license/permit for the purpose of determining the truthfulness and accuracy of any statements made by the applicant in his/her application for a license.
