§ 13-25. Rate structure revisions.

A fee increase authorized by Florida Statutes § 205.0535(4), every other year thereafter, on October 1, to increase by ordinance the rates of the occupational license tax by up to five (5) percent. The increase, however, may not be enacted by less than a majority plus one (1) vote of the City of Cocoa Beach Commission.
