§ 13-33. Other certificates, license, taxes and regulations to be in addition to certificate of use.

The provisions of this article are cumulative and in addition to all other state, county and city laws, which require certificates, licenses or permits, or provide for the collection of certificate, license and permit fees, and other charges; and no certificate of use issued hereunder shall exempt the certificate of use holder from any other certificate, license, permit, fee or tax required by law, or compliance with all applicable ordinances, rules and laws.
