§ 13-34. Exemptions.

(a)

Home occupations as defined and regulated by the City of Cocoa Beach Code Appendix A "Zoning Ordinance", or Appendix B "Land Development Code" shall be exempt from the provisions of this article.

(b)

Any business, profession, occupation, trade, amusement or industry that did not or does not require a new business inspection at its inception shall not be required to obtain a certificate of use.
