§ 14-18. Public street barricades/street closures/detours.

The city shall have the full authority to dictate the closure of any city street or roadway and/or the detour of all traffic flow on any city street or roadway in relation to the management of a permitted special event. The applicant(s) is responsible for submitting a plan detailing the proposed street closure. Barricades and temporary signage for approved locations shall be provided by the applicant(s), subject to city approval. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant(s) to provide setup and breakdown at the approved times as determined in the planning meeting.
