§ 14-30. Motion and still photography production; permit required.

Any motion and/or still photography production held within the corporate limits of the city shall obtain a motion and still photography production permit. All motion and still photography productions shall comply with the provisions set forth in this chapter and with all terms and conditions and requirements identified in the issued permit. Productions requiring the use of ten (10) persons or less and that have minimal impact on any public property and/or city services shall be considered a minor production event and shall be exempt from the requirements as stated herein. Processing fee and daily production permit fee shall be applicable. The special events coordinator may grant approval, after review of any request for such permit.
