§ 14-31. Definitions.

As used in the following sections, the definitions set forth herein shall apply:

Minor production event shall be defined as the commercial taking or making of a motion picture, television, videotape or still photography production requiring the use of ten (10) persons or less and have minimal impact on any public property and/or city services.

Motion and still photography production shall be defined as the commercial taking or making of a motion picture, television, videotape or still photography production either on public property or on any property in which public property and/or city services are impacted in any manner.

Motion and still photography production permit shall be defined as the permit required under section 14-1 of this Code.
