§ 14-34. Motion and still photography production permit: fee/issuance.

  • (a)

    The special events coordinator will prepare the motion and still photography production permit application form to include all estimated fees and permit requirements to be met, prior to the approval of the production. In addition to the pre-paid processing fee, the applicant shall be required to pay a permit fee, per day of production, plus all additional fees to include, but not limited to, law enforcement, fire, EMS, building and public works fees and the filing of the executed performance bond as set forth in the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 32, Schedule of Fees, under Chapter 14, Special Events Fee Schedule. Upon final approval and payment of estimated fees, the production applicant shall be issued the approved, non-transferable motion and still photography production permit application for duration of production for the applicant only. Fulfillment of all permit requirements are the responsibility of the applicant. Payment of all fees by the applicant must be submitted to the city special events coordinator no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the first day of production.

    (b)

    It is the city's intent to acknowledge the request for and will process all applications for motion and still photography special event permits in a prudent and expeditious manner, whether approved or disapproved.
