§ 14-42. Portable toilets; number required; locations; servicing.

(a)

The number and location of portable toilets located on-site and on public property within one thousand five hundred (1,500) feet of the property on which the production is conducted, shall be determined in the planning meeting and shall be approved by the city. Any units located on public property shall be removed no later than the first day following the last day of the production.

(b)

With permission of the owners, if structures at the production site have toilet facilities open and available to the public, and there is no charge to the public to have access to or to utilize them, they may be used in the formula to determine the number of units needed.
