§ 15-1. Inappropriate beach furniture prohibited.

Couches, sofas and chairs designed and intended for interior use shall not be placed upon the ocean beach. This provision does not include beach chairs or lounges designed and intended for exterior use. This restriction shall be effective from First Street North to First Street South east of the seawall.
