§ 15-12. Same—Definitions.

The words "public place", as used in section 15-11, shall include any street, road, alley, lane, boulevard, park, beach, or dock within the city, and the word "guardian" shall include any person having the legal care, custody and control of any child under the age of seventeen (17) years.
