§ 15-41. Challenging to fight, verbally abusing or making derogatory remarks to police officer.

It shall be unlawful for any person to challenge to fight, verbally abuse, or make derogatory remarks to a police officer so as interfere with said officer in the performance of his duty through incitement to violence or breach of the peace.
