§ 15-42. Females over age of twelve or who have reached puberty to cover breasts when appearing in public; exception.

  • It shall be unlawful for any female person over the age of twelve (12) years or one who has reached puberty, to appear in public or be visible by the general public without such person's breasts being covered, with a nontransparent material going horizontally around the torso, covering the nipples, areola and the inferior border of the mammary glands or a one piece bathing suit with a halter top covering the above. Provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any entertainers in any licensed places of entertainment.
