§ 16-4. Same—City contributions.

Latest version.

There shall be appropriated from available funds, derived from appropriation from salaries and wages, such amounts, at such times, as may be required to pay promptly the contributions required of the city as employer by applicable state or federal laws or regulations, which shall be paid over to the lawful designated state agency at the times and in the manner provided by law and regulations.
