§ 16-19. Same—Tax due date; disposition of tax funds.

The license or excise tax levied shall be due and payable annually on the first day of March of each year hereafter, and all funds derived therefrom are hereby appropriated to the firemen's relief and pension fund of Cocoa Beach and shall be administered under the provisions of Chapter 175, Florida Statutes.
