§ 16-21. Same—Disposition of funds.

The license or excise tax levied by section 16-20 shall be due and payable annually on the first day of March of each year and all funds derived therefrom are hereby appropriated to the pension fund for policemen of the City of Cocoa Beach to be administered under the provisions of Chapter 185, Florida Statutes.
