§ 18-1. Assessment against persons convicted of offenses or infractions for purpose of enforcement education.

Pursuant to Section 943.25(5), Florida Statutes, there is hereby assessed two dollars ($2.00) against each person convicted of any offense or infraction (except parking offenses) committed within the City of Cocoa Beach to be used for law enforcement education expenditures of the Cocoa Beach Police Department.
