§ 21-14. Soliciting at Sidney Fischer Park or Shepard Park.

The soliciting or hawking of goods, including real estate, within the boundaries of Fischer and Shepard Parks is prohibited. The prohibition set forth herein applies only to persons who solicit or propose commercial transaction.
