§ 21-8. Exhibition of permit; identification card.

Solicitors and canvassers are required to exhibit their permits at the request of any citizen. Every solicitor and canvasser is required to wear an identification card which is visible to prospective customers which shows the applicant's name and the permit number issued by city.
