§ 22-1. Australian pines; restrictions.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to plant, place, grow or have any casuarina tree, commonly known as Australian pine tree or any tree of the ficus family, within twenty-five (25) feet of any street lot line or any utility easement line, within the city. However, this section shall not apply to or affect any casuarina tree or any tree of the ficus family, which may be planted, placed or growing within the city on February 5, 1959.
