§ 22-3. Off-street parking on unimproved city right-of-way prohibited; exceptions.

  • It shall be unlawful for any resident of Cocoa Beach, Florida, his guests, visitors, or domestic servants to park a motor vehicle on that portion of the right-of-way, as defined in section 22-2, which is not paved or which is not improved or maintained by the city to accommodate motor vehicle traffic, except at locations designated or customarily used for public parking purposes and except at a location along the frontage of the real estate on which the residence or abode of the resident is located, said frontage to be limited as to length by the extension of the said lot lines of said real estate into said right-of-way; provided, however, that this shall not authorize parking where prohibited by law.
