§ 22-37. Violations.

Violations of this article will subject the violator(s) to penalties prescribed under the city's civil citation program as outlined in Chapter 31, Code Enforcement. Violations of this article will subject the violator(s) to a Class IV-level fine in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a first offense and four hundred dollars ($400.00) for repeat offenses. In addition, violator(s) may be subject to being summoned to appear before the City of Cocoa Beach Special Magistrate/Code Enforcement Board at the discretion of an authorized code enforcement officer.
