§ 26-6. Parking of house trailers restricted.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or permit to be parked, any house trailer or mobile home any place within the city, provided, however, this section shall not prohibit the parking of a house trailer or a mobile home on the site of any construction project within the city when the house trailer or mobile home is used as a field office or construction office for the said construction project, and not for living purposes or to provide sleeping accommodations.

    (b)

    In the event special events, taking place in the city or its environs, cause visitors to be in the city beyond the accommodations of the motels and overnight places of lodging, the city manager may permit the utilization of Fischer or Shepard Park or both, for limited overnight camping from house trailers and campers.
