§ 26-27. Enforcement.

Subsections 26-24(1), (2), (3) of this article shall be enforced by city parking enforcement specialists, or by city police officers. Subsection 26-24(4), (5) of this article shall be enforced by city police officers in accordance with state statutes, and the penalty for the violation shall be in accordance with subsection 26-26(b) of this article.
