§ 26-35. Use of code enforcement special magistrate.

Latest version.

In accordance with the new provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act, as added to Chapter 316.003, the city may now use the provisions of Cocoa Beach Code of Ordinances, Part II, Chapter 30, Special Magistrate and all of the provisions thereto.
