§ 28-33. Control of pollutant contributions from interconnected municipal storm sewer systems.

The discharge of stormwater between interconnected state, county, city or other MS4s shall not and shall not be permitted to cause the city's MS4 to be in violation of the provisions of an NPDES permit. Owners of any portion of the interconnected MS4 shall be responsible for controlling the quality and quantity of discharge of stormwater to the city's MS4.
