Violations of this article shall be punished as set forth in section 1-8 of this Code, chapter 31 of this Code or pursuant to F.S. Ch. 162 and article IV,
chapter 2 of this Code. Penalties shall be as set forth in section 1-8, chapter 31
or article IV, chapter 2 (and F.S. Ch. 162). Funds generated by penalties imposed
under this section shall be used by the city for the administration and enforcement
of F.S. § 403.9337, and the corresponding sections of this article, and to further
water conservation and nonpoint pollution prevention activities.
