§ 29-7. Prohibited uses in wetlands.

The following uses are specifically prohibited in wetlands:
(a)

Residential, commercial, industrial and institutional uses (except as provided for in section 29-6.)

(b)

Disposal of solid or liquid wastes, and the application or storage of pesticides and herbicides. This shall not apply to the county mosquito control activities.

(c)

Any activity which impairs the natural functions of the wetlands.
