Section 18 of Ord. No. 626, enacted July 2, 1980, repealed former §§ 3-5—3-7 which pertained to minors and selling to, and purchase, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages by same. Said repealed provisions derived from §§ 1—3 of Ord. No. 76, enacted Nov. 5, 1959.
