§ 5-9. Rules of the nautical road.

All persons operating their vessels on Cocoa Beach waterways shall be subject to the "Inland Rules of the Road," as outlined in the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Coast Guard navigational rules and regulations and Florida vessel registration and safety law.
