Section 24 of Ord. No. 626, enacted July 2, 1980, repealed §§ 5-10—5-12. The repealed provisions pertained to fire extinguishers, life preservers, and lights on boats, respectively, and derived from Ord. No. 175, §§ 13, 14, 28, enacted Aug. 6, 1964 and of Ord.
