§ 5-37.2. Zoning of land or submerged land subject to a dredge and fill permit.

When the existing zone classification of any land or submerged land affected by this article will not permit the applicant's proposed use of the land, then the applicant may petition for an appropriate zone classification under applicable ordinances and the city commission may at the time the dredge and fill permit is before it for consideration also consider the petition for zoning.
