§ 5-39.1. Expiration of permit; extension.

Any permit that may be issued by virtue of this article shall expire three (3) years from the date of issuance by the city commission, provided, however, said permit may be extended by the city commission for good cause, upon showing that all due efforts and diligence toward completion of said work have been made.
