§ 5-39.3. Refusal or revocation of permit; certiorari.

In the event a permit is refused or revoked, the applicant or permittee may have the
order refusing or revoking the permit reviewed upon filing a petition for the issuance
of a writ of certiorari with the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit,
in and for Brevard County, Florida, in the manner and within the time prescribed by
the Florida Appellate Rules.
