§ 5-51. Operation of motor vehicles prohibited in certain beach areas.

No person shall hereafter drive a motor vehicle on the following described parts of the ocean beach, which parts of the ocean beach are hereby declared to be closed to traffic and travel by motor vehicles, unless the approval of the city manager as herein provided has been obtained for such traffic and travel:

(a)

That part of the ocean beach bounded on the North by the north corporate limits of the City of Cocoa Beach, produced east, and on the South by the south corporate limits of the city, produced east.

(b)

Sea dune area.
