§ 5-58. Obstruction of public dune crossovers prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter so as to obstruct the free flow of pedestrian travel, including handicapped use by wheelchair, over the public dune crossovers in the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida.
