§ 6-11. Property maintenance code adopted.

Latest version.

The "International Property Maintenance Code, First Edition, 1998", or as amended as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., the International Conference of Building Officials, and the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the property maintenance code of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida; for the control of buildings and structures and each and all of the regulations provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said property maintenance code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in section 6-12 of this article.
