§ 6-15. Qualifying with state law required.

No person or firm shall hereafter engage in, or act in the capacity of a building contractor as defined by Chapter 489, Florida Statutes anywhere within the corporate limits of the city, unless such person or firm shall have been licensed or qualified in accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
