The building official of the City of Cocoa Beach shall make a finding when any building
or structure constitutes a nuisance as an unsafe building or structure, and shall
notice the city commission of said finding of nuisance. Said notice shall contain
the factors or evidence relied upon in the certified findings that the building or
structure is a nuisance as an unsafe building or structure, shall specify what portion
or portions of such building or structure constitutes a nuisance, and shall contain
a description of the building or structure certified as a nuisance together with,
to the extent practicable, the description by metes and bounds or by lot number of
the property upon which such building or structure is located.
