§ 6-45.1. Appeals.

Any appeal of a decision or action made by the building official or other city official in administering or enforcing this article or the adopted Standard Unsafe Abatement Building Code, shall be processed in accordance with procedures for such appeals (to City Code Chapter 6) as set forth in the city's land development code.
