§ 6-66. Coastal construction code adopted.

The coastal construction code, also known as the coastal code, promulgated by the State of Florida, Department of Community Affairs on January 10, 1986, together with any amendments thereto (a copy being attached to Ordinance No. 841 be and incorporated herein by reference) be and the same is adopted as an ordinance of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Editor's note

Section 3 of Ord. No. 841 states that "certified copies of the code herein adopted shall be maintained by the building department of the City of Cocoa Beach."
