No person, other than the owner, occupant, tenant or lessee of the premises for which
a refuse container is provided shall deposit refuse or make use of the container/containers
in any way without written permission from the owner, occupant, tenant or lessee of
the premises.
Mechanical containers placed on city beach stub-end streets and in city parks are
for the use of persons using those facilities and shall be for the disposal of refuse
associated with recreational activities. The unauthorized disposal of household trash,
commercial trash and construction refuse in city mechanical containers is prohibited.
