§ 13-14. Failure to comply with chapter; separate violations.

Each day of selling or disposal of merchandise or engaging in business or occupation without complying with this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct violation of such chapter.

Any organization involved in doing business within the limits of Cocoa Beach is responsible for ensuring that all professionals working at its facility have current state and local licenses. Any organization that allows a professional to operate from its facility without obtaining and maintaining said occupational licenses will be subject to a one hundred dollar ($100.00) penalty for each and every license violation and may be subject to having its occupational license(s) revoked.
