§ 14-26. Number and location of special needs.

The number and location of special needs characteristic of the special event shall be discussed and determined during the planning meeting. Specific proposed locations shall be designated on the site plan sketch. This shall include such items as launching areas for watercraft, pet and animal attractions, active equipment operations, car shows and any other activities unique to the special event.
